Seda Hotels Philippines Leads the Way with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Implementation
HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is proud to announce that Seda Hotels Philippines has become the first hotel chain in the Philippines to implement Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management, fully integrating BIR operations into its system. This step includes receipt generation, comprehensive reporting for authorities, and streamlined internal audit processes, marking a significant advancement in hospitality technology in the region.
With the powerful central reservation functionality now available at the chain level, Seda Hotels’ reservation team can efficiently access and manage bookings across all properties with a single login. This enhancement not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances the guest experience by ensuring seamless access to reservations.
Seda BGC in Taguig is the flagship hotel, an urban retreat with 521 guestrooms, suites and serviced residences that fits the cosmopolitan lifestyle of travelers in search of a vibrant destination. Seda BGC was the pioneer property to go live with OPERA Cloud in July 2024. Following its successful launch, eight additional Seda hotels have since transitioned to OPERA Cloud with fully functional BIR operations and reporting capabilities. HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is on track to complete the implementation for the remaining four properties by the end of December 2024, positioning Seda Hotels Group as one of the largest hotel chains in the Philippines operating on OPERA Cloud.
