🌍 Global Impact Through OPERA Cloud PMS

HRS played a key role in a global OPERA Cloud transformation for a leading international hotel group, spanning 212 hotels across 34 countries in EMEA and APAC. The transformation required balancing global consistency with complex local fiscal, regulatory and data residency requirements, including specialized solutions for mainland China.

With 100% of completed hotels going live on schedule and more than 2,000 users trained, the project demonstrates HRS’s ability to deliver complex cloud transformations at scale while meeting the diverse operational and regulatory requirements of hospitality businesses across international markets.

This recognition follows HRS’s success at the 2025 Oracle Partner Awards, where the company received the Global Hospitality Industry Solutions Award and the APAC Hospitality Industry Solutions Partner Award.
